Frequently Asked Questions

FIND THE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

What Is Your Average Price Range To Remodel A Home?

Our prices depend on the amount of remodeling, quality of finishes, and the type of room being remodeled. Modest remodels such as rental homes can be as low as $20/sf while highly customized remodels can be $200/sf. Understanding your goals with your property are key to determining the exact level of remodeling you need.

What Can You Recommend To Increase The Value Of My Property Through A Remodel?

A house in pristine condition, well-designed and comfortable will always be sought after. We can help you so that your house, building or dwelling can meet all the requirements for customers to come to it and can considerably increase its value.

Why Is It Necessary To Remodel And What Are The Benefits?

A remodel can help improve the functionality of a house, either by adding new rooms, reconfiguring existing spaces or modernizing basic services. However, these changes could increase the price of the building, facility or house.

Frequently Asked Questions

FIND THE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

How Can I Protect My House When Remodeling?

Prior to beginning any modification, we recommend measures that can be taken to take care of your home during remodeling:
• Cover your furniture with old clothes or plastic to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged.
• Close doors and windows to keep dust and dirt out of areas of the house that are not being remodeled.
• Set aside your personal belongings before you begin the remodel to prevent them from being damaged.
• And in some cases, use mats and floor protectors in the areas where you will be working to avoid scratching or damaging the floor.

Who Are Your Services For?

Our services are for everyone who owns homes, businesses, houses for sale, people who need real estate agents or homes or apartments that need electrical services or some type of remodeling.

Can You Remove Trees?

Of course we can remove a tree, but we all know that trees are wonderful. They provide shade, beauty and wildlife. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to remove a tree because it may be diseased or attacked by pests. Or, the tree may be damaging your structure or other structures, and is a risk to people.

Biography

Anton Anderson

Anton’s entire childhood was spent all over the Las Vegas Valley, having lived in over 10 different neighborhoods during his formative years. He was a 1998 graduate of Bonanza High School where he was an honors student, “Science Student of the Year,” a football star and track & field star (discus and shotput). Alas, he did not stay for his college education at UNLV or UNR and instead defected to the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. There, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Power Systems and HVAC.
Anton graduated from college and entered the uncertain job market that immediately followed the 9/11/2001 attacks on America. But, he was fortunate to be one of the few of his fellow engineering classmates to immediately start their career in the field they graduated in- not as a barista or bartender. He was drafted by an engineering & construction company that was focused on the oil & gas industry. His first year was spent in Chicago in an engineering office. Growing weary of Anton‘s restlessness, Anton’s boss lobbied for him to get shipped out to “the field.”
So, for the next decade Anton toiled away in harsh locales such as Aruba, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, The Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Anton begrudgingly spent his free time in Paradise on the beach, island-hopping, scuba diving, kitesurfing, deep-sea fishing, and meeting new friends. He then spent a few years in Western Australia building a massive liquefied natural gas facility. Eventually, Anton returned to the good ole U.S. of A. and worked on more liquefied natural gas projects in Colorado and Louisiana.
During this run, Anton went from rookie Field Engineer to Construction Manager- being responsible for 100+ people. He worked on projects ranging from $2.5 million up to $3 billion in contract value with 5000 people employed. Anton was part of building many huge structures such as storage tanks, ethanol plants, and refineries as well as smaller structures like offices, warehouses, lunchrooms, storm shelters and even ablution facilities.
While “visiting” his Las Vegas home on vacation, Anton needed something to keep his hands busy. So he started renovating his home. This tinkering would eventually trigger his crossover from the industrial construction industry to the residential and commercial real estate industry. His passion for construction and real estate shows up in his attention to detail when building a home or buying and selling a property.

Biography

Jonathon Anderson

I am a born and raised native here in Las Vegas. After serving in the Navy I joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers union in 2006. I have had the pleasure of working on some of the greatest projects here in town and around the country. I have a broad range of projects that I have worked on from mega resorts like City Center and big Casinos like Cosmo, Red Rock, Aliante, Palms casino and other great additions like the airport expansion. Then I got a chance to spend a year building the heliostat on the I-15 at state line with all of the mirrors that use the sun to make electricity in a pretty innovative way. I have installed solar panels here in Las Vegas, Reno, San Louis Obisbo, Calexico and Agua Caliente, some of them being over 500 MW projects. Working in the San Francisco Bay was a great time getting to build headquarters of some large tech companies like Apple, Facebook and Google data centers. Most recently I worked at the MSG Sphere helping power the exterior screen. Having had so much experience I decided it was time to start my own company here back where I started... Las Vegas. I'm pleased to bring my expertise to your job and provide the quality that has come to be expected of me. I look forward to helping Las Vegas grow even more.
